Not much to say here except that this is yummy. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I mean, how likely is it that a low-fat cheesy pasta is actually going to taste good? But, it was, in fact Adam and I were vying for the leftovers the next night!

Holy cow this is yummy. And there isn’t even any cow in it! Ha, ha, I know I’m not really that funny. Actually the “funny” part of this recipe is that when I found it in the alli book I was immediately drawn to it because I’ve become a real fan of ginger in the […]
Of course, while I’ve been doing all this Alli dieting I haven’t been forcing the rest of my family to comply (although as always, my husband has been game for it all). He insisted that when people think of kugel they imagine sweet egg noodles and raisins. After doing some research we decided in the end to compromise and […]
Mark Bittman is one of my food heroes and I was bummed when he stopped his weekly column in the NY Times recently. For those of you who didn’t know it, it was called The Minimalist and, in my humble opinion, the best thing he did was show you that you really could cook anything. […]
I know what you are thinking… “Um, you posted this, like, 2 months ago, right?” and then you will start thinking, “Oh, no. She’s ALREADY repeating? I’m done with this blog.” But WAIT! Here’s the thing… this one is different, it has vegetables.
One of my favorite go to dinners is broccoli soup. It’s healthy, it’s delicious, and my kids love it. I give it to them for dinner on cold winter nights and I can feel good that we’re all getting a nutritious dinner that’s also super easy. And when I say easy, I mean easy.
