I hoping that at least someone out there in cyberspace is wondering where my posting on this blog has gone. Why have I gone so long without a post? Have I given up on the blog? No, I’ve not given up, but I have put it to the side for a bit and I plan […]

You know what I’m talking about. The luscious, glossy, highly coiffed pictures in cooking magazines. The beautiful young celebrity chef biting into a portabella burger as her eyes roll back into her head and she moans something like, “This tastes so good”. If you didn’t know before what it was called now you do. It’s […]
Do you see that? That’s a brownie. Yes, it’s gluten free, but if I didn’t tell you and you ate one you would never know. Doubt if you will, but make them and you’ll be a believer.

Brief post this week. I found the wagon! Yea!!! It was dinged up pretty badly. And while I was able to get the wheels back on it’s currently functioning a bit like that grocery cart you get stuck with where all the wheels don’t go in the same direction. It moves, but in a herky-jerky […]
This post has a subtitle called “Not On Your Life”. There was no weigh-in this week. I’ll be honest, there was no weigh-in this week because I fell off the wagon. And as I mentioned on the blog’s Facebook page, not only did I fall off the wagon, but I rolled down a hill, through […]
