This picture can’t possibly do justice to the moist deliciousness of this recipe. The swordfish is rich, tangy, savory, and above all else, satisfying.
The preparation for this dish is also incredibly easy. You will need a couple of hours to marinate the fish, but I suspect that if you prepped it before work and left it in the fridge all day and then broiled it when you get home it’s only going to taste better for all those hours of soaking in the yummy goodness.
Once you are ready to cook it just turn on your broiler and the fish will be perfectly cooked in a matter of minutes. The best part is that you’d never know to taste it how good for you this is; one 4 oz serving has only 195 calories and 6 grams of fat. It leaves plenty of room in the meal for a salad and some couscous on this side!
