I’ve been on a lime kick this summer. The abundance of key limes and key lime juice in the grocery store has been pretty alluring. My love for sweet lemon has a close second which is a love for sweet lime. This recipe really delivers.
It’s got more fat than my usual ice-creams because I was following a recipe that came in the recipe booklet for my ice cream maker. It’s so good. It’s on the tart side, which I love, but if you like it sweeter then up the sugar just a tad. I’m on another ice cream bender so look for repurpose of this ice cream later in the week!
