To wrap up our special “Ice-cream Week!” here on the blog I’m inviting you to try this homemade creation that we discovered a few years back. It’s simple:
Take a molasses cookie and put some “hot vanilla” ice-cream in the middle. Smoosh another cookie on top and voila you have a super-duper grown-up ice-cream sandwich! So. Good.
Wrap them in saran wrap and let them freeze. Take them out of the freezer about 5 minutes before you intend to eat them.
Oh man, I wish I had a few of these in my freezer!!!
