This strawberry ice-cream has less than a handful of ingredients: fresh strawberries, milk, and sugar. Blend it in a blender and churn it in the ice-cream maker. It becomes, what is, in all honesty, probably the best ice-cream I’ve ever had. Ever. Anywhere. I probably shouldn’t have led the week with a recipe with that description, but man, I just couldn’t hold out on you.
