Smoked Salmon Spread

This isn’t even really a recipe , but it’s something that you need to do if you haven’t already. Get a package of cream cheese and 4 oz lox (smoked salmon) and put them together in the food processor and blend. Then spread it on a bagel (fresh and still slightly warm is recommended highly, as is making that bagel an “everything” bagel). Seriously, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t thought of this before… and when you don’t have a bagel this works nicely on a slice of matzo cracker or any other cracker you have on hand. Evelyn likes these as an after school snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz
  • 4 oz lox (smoked salmon)

Instructions

  1. Put both ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor. Pulse until combined.
