Weekly Pledge: Water Part 2

I know, I know, I’m late with the post. Well, in part I’m late because I did terribly. On the other hand if one compares it to how things were previously, I suppose I did ok. I got started right out the gate with a great water day on Saturday. But the week was a bit sporadic. I think it boiled down to every other day I got in the right amount of water and on the other days I topped out at around 40 ounces.

But again, harm reduction is better than same old same old. Remember, progress, not perfection. I’m focusing on the same goal this week again. Yesterday didn’t work out, but I did well today. Let’s see if I can string together two days in a row!
